Morella  Lascurain graduated  Magna  Cum  Laude  from  medical  school  in  1993.  Early  in  her  career  as  a  medical  doctor,  she  became  fascinated  by  the  role  of  a  person’s  subjective  experience  of  life  in  the  occurrence  of  health  and  illness.  Over  the  years,  she  understood  that  conventional  medicine was  limited  to  providing  symptomatic  solutions  to  illness,  so  she  began  her  quest  for  more  profound  ways  of  healing.    Having  completed  postgraduate  studies  in  MindBody  Healthcare  at  AUT  University  and  trained  in  Clinical  Hypnotherapy,  NLP,  Strategic  Coaching  and  Ayurveda,  she  has  been  practicing  Mind  Body  healthcare  since  2004.  She  is  a  co-founder  and  director  of  Mother-Well  Holistic  Health,  an  integrative  multidisciplinary  healthcare  centre  in  Mt Eden that  has  been  offering  general  medical  services,  herbal  medicine,  naturopathy,  acupuncture,  osteopathy,  homeopathy  and  Mind Body  medicine  for  over  14  years.  She  is  also  an  international  speaker  and  an  experienced  educator

Amy Shipley is a health coach with over 20 years experience coaching in different capacities. She has a passion for supporting people to make sustainable changes towards better health and happiness. She originally graduated over 20 years ago with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Canterbury in Human Resource Management.  From there, Amy went on to different roles in the Corporate World including working as a Senior Consultant supporting organisations to understand what influences employee engagement and becoming a certified HBDI consultant helping people understand different thinking styles. It is Amy’s true passion for coaching individuals through change that meant she trained as a certified Health Coach with the New York based Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a certified ph360 coach.  She combines her love of health coaching with coaching tennis in her local community and encouraging people in to the local forest through her involvement in the Hallertau Riverhead Rampage.
